Free Insurance Claim Review
A free insurance claim review is a look at your loss, your policy and your insurer’s letters by a licensed public adjuster, at no cost or obligation. Send the form or call (888) 971-2524. We call back the same business day. We read your policy and the carrier’s letters, and tell you whether we can add value, and why.

Each bucket gets measured on its own. We measure what the first estimate missed.
Smoke damage. Offered $17,000. Settled for about $1.1 million, after an industrial hygienist proved combustion byproducts in porous materials and doors.
Results reflect specific losses and policies. Past results don’t guarantee a similar outcome.
How fees work
No upfront cost. We’re paid a percentage of what we recover.

Before you sign anything.
What if my claim isn’t covered?
We’ll tell you at the free review, before you sign anything.
When we’ll tell you not to hire us.
If the carrier’s offer is already fair, or the loss is small enough that our fee would outweigh what we add, we’ll say so at the free review.

We call back the same business day.
Is the claim review really free?
Yes. There is no cost or obligation for the initial review.
How are you paid?
No upfront cost. We’re paid a percentage of what we recover. The percentage is set in writing before we start.
I already have an offer. Is it too late?
Usually not. We can reopen scope before you accept. In California, our fee can never leave you with less than your insurer had already paid before you hired us.
Will hiring you slow my claim?
It can. A 2010 Florida state study of claims at Citizens Property Insurance (OPPAGA Report 10-06) found that claims with a public adjuster took longer to settle than claims without one, and that the payments were higher before fees. More of the loss gets measured and argued, and that takes time.
Do I still talk to my insurer?
You can. Most clients prefer we handle it. California law gives you the right to communicate with your insurance company at any time.
Can I cancel?
In California, within three business days of signing and receiving the contract, or five calendar days in a declared catastrophic disaster area.
What should I send?
Your policy, the carrier’s letters and photos, if you have them. All optional. You can also send them after the first call.
Call Before the Carrier Sets the Narrative.
Your insurance company has an adjuster protecting their interests. You have the right to one too.
